Terms of Use

This User Agreement (hereinafter — the Agreement) governs the relationship between the owner of texthelper.ru (hereinafter TextHelper or the Administration) on the one hand and the website user on the other. The TextHelper website is not a mass media outlet. By using the site, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the TextHelper website!

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The User has the right to:

  • search for information on the website;
  • receive information on the website;
  • use the website information and online tools for personal non-commercial purposes.

The Administration has the right to:

  • create, change, or cancel rules at its own discretion as needed;
  • restrict access to any information on the website.

The User undertakes to:

  • not disrupt the website’s operation;
  • not take actions aimed at misleading other Users;
  • not post advertising, erotic, pornographic, or offensive materials, or any other information whose posting is prohibited or contrary to the laws of the Russian Federation;
  • not use scripts (programs) for automated collection of information and/or interaction with the Website and its Services.

The Administration undertakes to:

  • maintain the website’s operability except where this is impossible for reasons beyond the Administration’s control;
  • provide all available information about the User to authorized government bodies in cases established by law.

Liability of the Parties

  • the Administration is not liable for any mismatch between the User’s expectations and the services actually received;
  • the Administration bears no liability for services provided by third parties;
  • in the event of force majeure (hostilities, state of emergency, natural disaster, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the safety of information posted by the User or uninterrupted operation of the information resource.

Term of the Agreement

This Agreement takes effect upon any use of this website.

The Agreement is valid indefinitely.

The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement at its discretion.

The Administration does not notify users of changes to the Agreement.
